· All custom items are made to order — no ready stock is available.
· Production time is approximately 7–10 business days before shipping.
· Please provide your wrist size (cm), or your height and weight in the order notes for accurate sizing.
· ⚠️ Please double-check your measurements before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing or measurements provided by the customer.
· Custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)
· For non-custom items, if there are any quality issues, you may request a free return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
· Please contact us promptly with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
